1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AUBDATA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. Your continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
AUBDATA is a cloud-based, multi-tenant Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SaaS platform. It enables businesses to manage leads, contacts, deals, tasks, and communications in one unified workspace. AUBDATA is developed and operated by AUBDATA, a technology company based in Tétouan, Kingdom of Morocco.
3. User Accounts & Access
Access to AUBDATA is invite-only. User accounts are provisioned by workspace administrators within your organization. Authentication is performed via a magic link sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Administrators may assign, modify, or revoke user roles at any time in accordance with your organization’s policies.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use AUBDATA only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system, upload malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use the service to harass, defame, or harm others. AUBDATA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in the event of violations of this policy or applicable law.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
All customer data you enter into AUBDATA remains your property. AUBDATA processes your data solely to deliver the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to process personal data within the platform. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how personal information is collected, stored, and used.
6. Intellectual Property
The AUBDATA name, logo, design, codebase, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of AUBDATA. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent from AUBDATA.
7. Payment Terms
Access to AUBDATA is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is denominated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or US Dollars (USD) depending on your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles or unused portions of a subscription. AUBDATA reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8. Service Availability & Uptime
AUBDATA strives to maintain high availability of the platform. However, we do not currently offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime percentage. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AUBDATA and its affiliates, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so through your workspace settings or by contacting us directly. Upon termination, your data will remain accessible for a period of 30 days, during which you may request a full export. After this period, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of AUBDATA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tétouan, Morocco.
12. CNDP Compliance
AUBDATA is committed to compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, enforced by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). Users and workspace administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable data protection regulations.
13. Changes to Terms
AUBDATA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users through the platform or by email. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of AUBDATA following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
